Warning: This is not a “typical love story”. This is an all-consuming, soul-crushing, tear-your-heart-into-pieces story. It’s intense, gritty and raw, dark and disturbing, and it doesn’t happen overnight. This is an epic love story that knows no boundaries and has no time limits. It grows and develops—with hurt, sacrifice, and heartache—over the span of a lifetime.

Eva Fox is the princess of the Silver Demons Motorcycle Club. Growing up with bikers in the club lifestyle is all that she knows. When she’s a young girl, Eva meets the reason for her existence. Deuce West is the sexy, biker bad-ass of the Hell’s Horsemen Motorcycle Club. Like Eva, he was born and raised in the club—but that’s where the similarities end. Their first meeting is innocent, but as Eva matures into a woman, their chance reunions evolve into a fit of lust and love. Fate continues to bring them together time and time again, but their twisted journey is filled with pain, betrayal, and bloodshed that could tear them apart. Eva sees in Deuce what he cannot see in himself—a man worthy of love—and Eva spends her lifetime proving to him that her undeniable love is the one thing he can’t live without.

This is Eva and Deuce’s story.

It wasn’t easy.
Nothing worth doing ever is.
And love is worth everything.

***received this audiobook for exchange for my honest review***

Well what can I say about this audiobook? It was rough, crude, filled with swear words that had me pausing it quickly whenever the kids came in the room…but I actually quite enjoyed it! There were some really god upsides to this audio book, I enjoyed the writing, even if I’m not a big fan of the story you can tell it was well written. The narration was also good, it was read at a good speed, almost the same speed that I would read at . But there were some downsides for me with it, the first was I don’t know if listening to it instead of reading it made the language stand out more as I normally don’t notice swearing in books but this time I did. I found the age difference thing a bit cringeworthy in the beginning when he met her, I mean she was just a little thing but as they got older it didn’t seem so bad. Also they way they treat their woman had me wanting to burn my bra, but I suppose this is what biker gangs are like. This is my first biker book and Im not sure if I would listen/ read another one but that is nothing against this book. I just feel that its not something I think I would enjoy again….but then again I don’t watch Sons Of Anarchy for the same reason! Yes I know I’m weird!

You can feel the love between Deuce and Eva the whole way through, more from his thoughts than what he says, I mean he took two bullets for her if thats not love I don’t know what is, but I did want to slap him with the way her treated her. And I wanted to high five Eva for the fact that she wouldn’t put up with it all from him, but then I wanted her to run as far away from Frankie as possible, the guy was insane! I’m not sure if I will listen to the next one in the series but only from personal preference, I will make the decision after I have let the story settle a bit, I may change my mind since the writing was good. If you like biker books then you will really enjoy this one as the story was easy to follow and it was a nice love story, I just didn’t enjoy the harder bits of it. Now you might be wondering why I marked it as a 4 star review if I wasn’t in love with it, its simple! I read the blurb and should have known what I was getting! Its not the books fault that I didn’t like the subject matter, it was mine. It was well written and the story flowed well so there was not point marking it really low for my misconceptions.
